This new execution comes directly from our mass production but it has been specifically modified for the high pressure conveying of chemical powders.
Manufactured in stainless steel AISI316, it is actually working on a plant with a capacity of about 15.000 kg/h of acid tereftalic at a conveying pressure from 1,2 to 1,5 bar.
The wide vent holes placed on one side of the body allow a good intake of the air / nitrogen and improve the discharge of the product.
The rotor has been designed to reduce the loss of air to the minimum and this can be mainly appreciated where the pneumatic line is long.
In spite of a wide range of standard production Olocco&C still project and produce valves to fit any special requirement of the customer.
